项目概况：丹凤是中国核桃之乡，是毛主席“商洛专区每户种一升核桃”光辉批示的发祥地，国务院曾在丹凤县召开了全国十六省（市）代表参加的核桃生产现场会。全县核桃种植面积达50万亩，年均产干果2.5万吨，产值3.5亿元。长年从事核桃收购和初加工的经营主体200余家，年核桃产品交易额达15亿元。县委、县政府把核桃产业作为乡村振兴产业发展的重要载体，全力推进核桃产业扩规提质增效和全产业链发展。

投资规模及建设内容：总投资8500万元。采取垦复扩盘、科学施肥、调整密度、品种提纯、整形修剪、预防霜害、病虫防控等技术，在棣花镇、商镇、龙驹街道办、竹林关镇等全县12个镇办实施核桃综合科管基地5万亩，使核桃盛果期年均亩产达130公斤以上，促进核桃栽培管理高质量发展。

市场预测及效益分析：项目建成达产后，预计年产值1.2亿元，利润1000万元，税收350万元。

Quality Walnut Base Construction Project

I. Project Overview: Danfeng County is the home to walnuts in China, and is the birthplace of Chairman Mao's glorious instruction of "planting one litre of walnuts by each household in Shangluo Special Zone". The State Council once held a walnut production field meeting in Danfeng County with the participation of representatives from 16 provinces (cities). The walnut cultivation area in the county is 500,000 mu, with an average annual production of 25,000 tons of dried fruits and a production value of RMB 350 million. There are more than 200 business entities engaged in the acquisition and primary processing of walnuts, with the annual turnover of walnut products reaching RMB 1.5 billion. The county party committee and the county government have taken the walnut industry as an important role for the development of rural revitalization industry, and made utmost effort to promote the expansion of the walnut industry to improve quality and efficiency and drive the development of the whole industrial chain.

II. Investment Scale and Construction Content: The total investment is RMB 85 million. With techniques such as reclamation, scientific fertilization, density adjustment, variety refinement, pruning, frost prevention and pest control, the project will be carried out in 12 towns in the county, including Dihua Town, Shang Town, Longju Street Office and Zhulinguan Town, to construct 50,000 mu of comprehensive walnut management bases, to achieve the average annual walnut yield of more than 130 kg per mu in the fruiting season and promote high-quality development of walnut cultivation and management.

III. Market Forecast and Benefit Analysis: After the completion of the project, it is expected to achieve an annual production value of RMB 120 million, a net income of RMB 10 million and a tax revenue of RMB 3.5 million.
